Your marketing investment is safe with us. At ProSignServices, we believe a job isn't finished just because the van has pulled away. Every installation we perform comes with our comprehensive One-Year Service Warranty.

  • The Promise: 365 days of coverage on all installation labour.

  • The Goal: To ensure your brand remains upright, secure, and looking its professional best. If we installed it, we take responsibility for it for the first full year.

The Details: How It Works

While we aim for perfection, we believe in complete transparency regarding how our warranty operates in practice:

1. Workmanship & "Due Diligence" If our technician had an off-day and the installation wasn't performed to our rigorous standards, we will make it right immediately. There will be no charge to you for the return visit or the labour required to correct the oversight.

2. Component & Manufacturer Warranties Signs are complex. While we use high-quality materials, individual parts (LEDs, power supplies, etc.) are covered by their respective manufacturers.

  • The Good News: We handle the logistics. We will manage the claim and source the replacement parts so you don’t have to deal with the paperwork.

  • The Labour: While the replacement parts are often free under the manufacturer's terms, our warranty covers our initial installation. A labour fee might apply for the physical process of removing the faulty component and installing the new one.

3. Exclusions (Acts of God & External Factors) Our warranty covers our craftsmanship, but it cannot cover the unpredictable.

  • Weather & Vandalism: Damage caused by extreme weather (e.g., storms, high winds exceeding rated limits), vehicle impact, or vandalism is excluded.

  • Unauthorised Alterations: If a third party attempts to repair or modify our installation, the Pro Sign warranty will be voided.

Terms of Service

  • Reporting a Fault: To ensure we can rectify a problem before further damage occurs, please report any suspected installation issues within 72 hours of discovery.

  • Site Access: To honour this warranty, the client must provide safe and unobstructed access to the signage site during standard business hours for our team to carry out repairs.

  • Ongoing Excellence: Once your one-year warranty expires, we don’t disappear. We offer bespoke Maintenance Packages to keep your signage in peak condition for the years to follow.
